I see so much ISTJ in him. His willingness to stay loyal and follow a leader as long as they are competent and align with his values. He’s been handling all the logistics behind the scenes but when he feels his leader is not competent enough and deserve the position, he wavers and challenges it. Such an ISTJ trait.
