I don’t understand the reasoning for 9w1. Could someone enlighten me on why he could possibly be a 9? I think he’s much more demonstrative of the type 5 pattern and traits. He is the most intellectual character and this is what causes his primary issues. He is viewed by others as strange and unsettling, which is far more typical of a type 5 than a type 9. I think he serves as a sort of foil to Cash, who is actually a clear type nine in that he is less focused in harmony and balance and is far too wedded to his ideas, which keep him from leading the typical life of people in his situation.
