Why 7 over 3? He is ridiculously vain and obsessed with what the rest of the world thinks of him, especially for someone who isn't even an Fe user. "I look good. I mean really good. All very 3-ish quotes. And then there is his public meltdown when (what he feels is) his rightful place in the spotlight gets jeopardized by Veronica's growing popularity. And then later when he lashes out and assaults her just because she made fun of his hair. None of that really seems like 7w8 behavior IMO.
