LSx is a pretty mislead consenus, he doesn't follow or impose any sort of rules/order, he's just a grumpy but ultimately laid back old man who took on the leader role simply because he was the most qualified, clearly has a preference for things that are familiar to him and "just work." I mean the last thing he did after sacrificing himself was ask the tanks to give him a moment while he smokes a cigarette, most SLX thing ever.
Biografie
Bill is a Green Beret Vietnam vet. Having had nothing to do since he was discharged from the military for a knee injury, the zombies have given him a new purpose in life: to see them all dead. At least in the intro, he was featured as essentially the leader of the survivors.
