Its weird to think that this typing is more about the "surface" of Louis, since he built that personality based on what he studied about business and human behavior. We can see that even when he is alone, he is "training" and rehearsing his behavior as a normal person (like when he forces his laugh while watching a comedy movie). Lou feels like a robot watching people living their lives, studying them and then mimicking their actions and manners. That typing is the combination of what he sees as the "perfect businessman" and his complete lack of social skills and empathy.
