George Wickham MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp

Persönlichkeit

"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."

Wickham is so mercenary that the romanticism of a sx7 is probably the antithesis of everything he stands for. Sp7 would be more fitting. I'll go through some part of the Chestnut description and quote some stuff since honestly it seems to fit Wickham quite perfectly. "Self-Preservation Sevens express gluttony through the formation of alliances. They typically collect around them a kind of family network, in the sense of banding together with trusted others and creating a good “mafia” or partisan group through which they can get their needs met. They rely mostly on those they trust. These Sevens create a kind of surrogate family of people they value—a family in which they typically occupy a privileged position." You could argue that Wickham cozies up to Elizabeth to form an alliance of sorts, and possibly many others, if the public condemntation of Darcy due to Wickham's claims is anything to go off of. He cozies up to Mary King for her money too. "These Sevens are very practical, good at networking, and skilled at getting what they want and finding a good deal; they tend to be opportunistic, self-interested, pragmatic, calculating, and clever. They readily recognize opportunities for creating an advantage for themselves. In this way, Naranjo explains, gluttony expresses itself in the Self-Preservation Seven in an excessive concern with making a good deal at every opportunity." Once again this is very seducing Mary King and Georgiana of the man. "Stylistically, Self-Preservation Sevens are cheerful and amiable, with traits that resemble a hedonistic, “playboy” or “playgirl” type. They tend to be warm, friendly, and talkative. (They love to talk.) They can express a kind of greed and impatience that reflects their desire to consume as many pleasurable experiences as possible; they want to eat everything. They expend a lot of energy on controlling everything, handling things without being noticed. And most of the time, they get away with getting what they want." You see, you don't even need a perfunctory sentence to explain why this is literally Wickham. I honestly didn't enter his profile with a real opinion on his typology but the more I think about it the more sp7 makes sense, considering what we know of him. I'd also like to propose ESE considering that his whole approach is a desire to enjoy life without any real ambition (Si valuing) along with strong 4D Fe in his ability to charm everyone around him and command the social atmosphere.

Biografie

Mr. Wickham, a militia officer, is at first portrayed as charming and handsome. As the novel progresses, however, Mr. Wickham’s character is revealed to be manipulative and irresponsible; his goals are money and positive attention, and Wickham employs dastardly methods to try and attain them. As an antagonistic character, Mr. Wickham serves as the catalyst for Elizabeth Bennet’s increased prejudice against Mr. Darcy.
