Colette Tatou MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp

Persönlichkeit

"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."

Have met many scary cooks and chefs like her; would not recommend cooking as a career to anyone without a very thick skin. Though kitchens have become a little kinder since reopening from the pandemic. Te is obviously a very good dom function to have as a cook, since the intense nature of the job requires one to constantly optimize their workflow to improve efficiency and get the food out faster, and to a higher standard. So much of cooking in a restaurant is less about knowing recipes, and more about being able to communicate quickly and concisely, making only the moves you have to, consistently timing things so your dishes come out at the same time as another station's dish for that table, restocking your mise en place and prepping enough that you don't run out during service, and keeping a cool head when things go wrong. Si preference over Ne since she insists on doing things by the book over exploring new possibilities, but she at least trusts her gut when tasting food. Very motivated by maintaining what she has achieved for herself, and in her line of work that means repressing her softer emotional Fi side so Te can keep pushing the food out.

Biografie

One of the two tritagonists (the other being Gusteau). Colette is a seasoned chef at Gusteau's who takes Linguini under her wing (reluctantly) and teaches him the ins and outs of being a proper chef. Colette upholds the late Gusteau's old motto, "Anyone can cook," but is also a believer in following the recipe and not trying to pull any tricks.
