Biografie
Born in V. City, he was orphaned at a young age. He never got a proper education, but he's still quite intelligent. Living on the streets for several years taught him many things, as well as visiting the public library countless times. He joined a syndicate later in his life in hopes of gaining power and getting away from the ass end of the city's hierarchy. Still, nothing has changed so far.
