Surprisingly, South Park has one of the best portrayals of people with disabilities I've seen on a TV show. Not in the sense that it's an accurate portrayal, but that the disabled characters are given a personality outside of "disabled". Being autistic myself, it get's really annoying when nearly every disabled character on TV is just there as a pitiful plot device to fuel growth in the non-disabled characters.
