I literally can’t with all these “feminist” comments. Rhysand never did anything that he didn’t have to do. All he did was try to help Feyre and give her the best life possible, all he’s ever done is think about his court and his loved ones. Has he been selfish at times? Sure. Who isn’t?? He’s imperfect, just like any other character or HUMAN. He’s never intentionally abused Feyre or caused her any malice, UTM is circumstantial because it was the only way for him to keep her safe away from Amarantha’s cell. Was it sh!tty? Sure. But it saved her life in the end. He’s a leader, sometimes he needs to make choices and as a woman (me) who has a partner that cares about them, sometimes the guidance/advice of someone else is actually better than yours and they want to save you from a clusterfuck of consequences. Feyre has always been strong and fully capable and Rhys has never shut that down, he’s always trusted her decision making and he lets her speak when she wants to. So all y’all need to STFU, he’s not manipulative or toxic, you just want to pick apart any man that you come across even when they’re fictional. Feminism has turned into outright man-hating. I have a man like Rhysand in my life and I can say with certainty that he is the best man I’ve ever encountered, y’all who are hating on him don’t have any respect for men as a whole. I said what I said, come for me.

Biografie

Rhysand (pronounced REE-sand) is the most powerful High Lord in history and the current ruler of the Night Court, alongside Feyre Archeron. He is incredibly handsome and appears to be arrogant, careless, and cold at first. He meets Feyre when he saves her from three faeries at Calanmai. Not long after, he helps Feyre countless times throughout her trials Under the Mountain and went as far as to fight for her in the final moments before she died. When she was resurrected, their mating bond clicked into place, but he hid it from her in fear that it would scare her away. In the end, she accepted the mating bond and he swore Feyre in as his High Lady.
