Could be either-or when it comes to ISTJ or ESTJ (need more information about him before I can decide). Definitely uses Te and Si but in which order I'm still unsure. Also, looking at inferior functions, he uses Ne and Fi quite poorly so that leaves him interchangeable until further notice.
