All it does is essentially harmonize, re-introduce the status quo when it is broken and find connection/rapport with users. It has the generic [validate before correcting] communication device, and main purpose seems to be to introduce nuance, understanding and diplomacy. This might be an unpopular opinion but I find it to be very useful. I don't understand why people complain about it (...) you can deactivate it (I think) and can learn to (...) just communicate better and without sweeping generalizations, I guess (lol).
