An alien from a planet called Vegandon whose species are vegetarians. He was initially the planet's ruler who destroyed other planets to sustain his own until Johnny Test came along and caused him to be marooned on Earth. Since then, he has been obsessed with destroying Johnny but always fails to do so. He also has an unhealthy obsession with eating toast.
