This thing really intensifies my headache. How could he possibly be INTJ? How can he be Ni dom from the first place? There is no Fi in his characterization. His concern to Iori when he got poisoned from assassin really showed his developed inferior Fe. His logical conclusion towards something came from his calculation and knowledge that he had which is Ti-Se. INTJ has a sort of tendency to be methodical and follow procedure accordingly. He wasn't there to be a mastermind or a planner at all. He was there to be Zheng Chenggong's benchmark towards the war as well as his weapon.
