Biografie
クエント・ヤイデン (Kuento Yaiden, Quent Yaiden), sometimes referred to as "Pops", was the ex-sheriff of the town of Kyrios. His hometown was destroyed, seemingly by wolves. His wife and son, Ruus, died in the subsequent blaze. This tragedy drove his intense hatred for wolves to the point of obsessively hunting and killing any he could find with his ever-present rifle. Aside from his dog, Blue, who helped him track wolves, the only solace he found was in a bottle of booze. However, this left him in a near-constant state of inebriation which left him in trouble more often than not. Largely considered a secondary antagonist of Wolf's Rain, Quent is in fact more of an anti-hero since his motives are driven by tragic misunderstanding rather than malicious intent.
