I think it depends on your brand of humor but ExxP of any type is probably gonna be rather humorous but I'm voting ENTP > ENFP because they not only have Ne to think of jokes but also Ti to analyze society (often a core part of many jokes) & the Fe to know what's going to appeal to other people's sense of humor or be a slick burn without being completely offensive (which is when jokes lose their humor).
