Another ISTP who got typed as xNTP because he has a sense of humor. He's just so Ti - Se -Ni and completely lacks Ne whatsoever. I'm a fan of the series and will probably quote from the books later if I have time. He's naturally hard-headed, super stubborn, dismissive, defiant, anti-people pleasing, awkward with any kind of relationships--inferior Fe. He relies heavily on his analytical skill, very fast usage of Ti. Action-oriented, it's the repetitive theme of him jumping into troubles without thinking. He often mentioned how the edge of danger thrills him, making him feel alive--Se. He often has "flash of insight" which comes out of nowhere--Ni. So far, no Ne in his functions. He even struggles to "branch out" ideas or possibilities but rather stick with the "let's move to the scene and see what happens, then if neccessary, fight the bad guys". Which xNTPs (or any Si users, for that matter) go looking for troubles and got beaten up badly and got thrilled and wanted more? When did he ever stop and ponder about hard philosophy or do meta-cognitive thinking about anything? He's a 'brainstem' kinda guy, as quoted by Susan. How many times did he mention about needing to eat, drink, sleep and describe the sensing quality and pleasure and pain that aroused him? Seriously, his Se is like a frickin' red light.
