He reminded me Dumbledore (especially Dumbledore in Fantastic Beasts)- he's there to help you but speaks in deep and insightful riddles to guide you on your path and then disappears to let you do the work and find your way yourself, all this meanwhile he's actually keeping an eye on you in case anything goes wrong. He can take easily a leadership role and clean up any mess if the need be, but prefers to pull the ropes behind the scenes. I don't see his Fi- his Fi, personal goals, morals, feelings were more like hidden. Like the love for his crush or him actually wanting Larry to be the night guard and take the job (it's obvious, although he never said that too)
