BUT can USE them enough to complete a goal. He seems goal oriented, build studio to do xyz. which strikes me as Te rather then Ti. Imo I see ISFP, Andrew Neiman whiplash vibes. Being rational doesn't make you a thinker. Having emotions doesn't make you a feeler.
