He's def some kind of xxFP. He shows Fi VERY clearly; he cares for mostly just his friends and himself, and even when the former is in danger, he ditches them to save his own skin (literally), or doesn't join said friends to mope. This isn't to say ALL Fi's are like that, but it is a recurring trend I've noticed w/ them, particularly IxFPs. Think of Aelita Schaeffer from Code Lyoko (another INFP), who does this on a pretty frequent basis.
