THIS MAN IS THE DEFINITION OF UNHEALTHY ISFP 6W7. NO WONDER I LOVED HIS CHARACTER ARC. His very strong, almost bothersome sensitivity is a clear example of Fi. He's easily swayed by emotions and acts solely on them. He goes against his father's wishes and demands and pursues Maria Monforte because he was simply in love, ignoring all sense of logic or what others expect of him, ignoring all inconsistent patterns in her behavior and failing to see how unfaithful she was, theory crafting excuses for her behavior (ugly 6 core). There is another strong example of Fi use but I'll get to it soon. Like most characters in the book, judging the aux functions is a big challenge. I didn't see any Ne, but my reasonings behind Se aren't the best either. He was impulsive, really impulsive. The way the book describes his inner thoughts of the world around him was definetly Se, constant attention to every minimal detail and excellent at descriptions. But I guess that's the author's fault for not knowing how to give each character a unique voice haha 🙂 Fi-Se combo, let's explain that. His suicide. It was rushed, careless and obviously based on momentary impulses (unhealthy Se), and the only reason he did it was love, he killed himself because his sensitive, sweet heart couldn't bear to be away from the woman he so deeply loved (unhealthy Fi + enneatype). 6w7 comes from how he relies on others to give him support. He commits suicide when his only source vanishes.
