I feel like he leads with Ti more. I think people are confused between Fi because throughout the whole show he's very expressive with his information but everyone in the show at first felt he was rude because he was very blunt and could not read the room , i think that's a sign of a Ti dom. He's aware of that and deliberately tries to remain honest in every situation... Also, in a live, one fan asked said that they bought a bread because they were feeling sad and he asked what type of bread they bought whereas Seong ho asked why were they feeling sad and that's the exact difference. He uses Ti as his dominant function that's why asking about the bread was more of a priority to him compared to Seong ho's Fe making him worry about the person's mental health
