He honestly doesn't seem like that much of a Se base. He's definitely Fi creative (creatively engaging in interpersonal relationships... though sleazy methods). I would say he's a Ne base + Si suggestive (we all know why, Si suggestive users tend to be very hedonistic). I could also vote for him as an EIE, but I don't think this man has any semblance of Ti, and he definitely doesn't value it. He uses his Te activating at times to organize his plays and be an influential Hlaalu figure (IEEs can sometimes use their Te pretty well). I would also say he's a sexual 2, sx/so type. Yes, he has an interest in the arts, but rather than exploring moods (E4) he explores seduction (E2 tendencies). His affection for the arts could also explain how he integrated into a 4. He also has the negative sides of a 2 - mainly being controlling of others, including the player (disintegration to 8). I would argue that these tendencies are always in service to his 2 core.

Crassius Curio is an Imperial nobleman in the city of Vivec City, serving as a Councilor for House Hlaalu. He also writes adult novels. An Imperial Noble, Curio served as a House Hlaalu Councilor. He is also the author of The Lusty Argonian Maid and The Three Legged Guar (which does not appear in-game).
