The man is ENTJ, in the start he was in Te and Se loop. Due to which his Se is still a bit developed. But he has no Si, I did take in to consideration that he used the tricks his father taught him but wouldn't we all use something like that if it works? The reason he has no Si is because doesn't let the past shape his future, his Ni does it for his te.
