As an INTJ myself I honestly do not see Tom as an INTJ. I see him as an ISTP with possible sociopathic tendencies like red. If Tom was more on the intuitive scale he would have knew liz was onto him in season 1 without needing visual evidence, instead he waited until her actions actually showed her knowledge of his deceit. He also seems to trust people rather easily unless he is given a reason not too. With the exception of red, but still trusted him enough in the beginning to work for him. His incident with his ex russian girlfriend or whoever she was is also another example. He is not much of a feeler and only seems to care for liz and very few others. He also pretty spontaneous, he jumps in on heists without much coaxing and really doesn't run on a set schedule or pattern. Sure as a spy he has to have some level of organization, but overall I think he tends to focus on the hear and now instead of what could be. He lives for the moment.
