Ni Base and Fe PoLR are obvious as hell. He's melancholic, described as persnickety, indecisive, sarcastic and cynical, he's socially pretty awkward, and internally very emotional. Fi Mobilizing is visible in many instances too, as he's seen multiple times being very sympathetic with those who treat him well or that he highly appreciates (like Japan and America), even though in an awkward and timid manner due to Fe PoLR. And about 1V... Why? He literally gave up on his physical training when he saw that he could never surpass America, and he's extremely rigid when it comes to logic (I mean everyone sees him as a smartass). He doesn't impose his will like America, a real 1V, as England seems more cooperative in this regard and it's generally his logic that he asserts to correct others or warn of possible dangers. Being temperamental ≠ 1V or choleric dominant; he's just a clear limbic.
