I love her, she's such a great and wholesome example of Ne's optimism and Fi's romanticism. Only one thing, I don't think she's a 3. More so when we later meet her mother (who I think is an actual 3) and see how their motives differ. While her mother is a pure perfectionist and is more interested on holding a positive external image for the sake of it, in the case of Sylphin all of her competitive nature is stem from the desire of making friends and promoting the things she loves. She literally treated Umaru as a rival because she thought that's how Japanese people make friends (so cute isn't she?). That pretty much aligns with the 2, which is also an image type and also tries to hold a positive external or attractive image, only with a more overt desire of making affections than the colder, more pragmatic 3.
