If I recall accurately, the political side of the movies always consisted of her defying pragmatic political advisors, because (paraphrasing) she couldn’t do those things to her people. Strong collectivist attitude, she empathized with all layers of society and was unwilling to play the classic political game. She was able to however fuse and cooperate with anyone, even including her “sworn enemies” on Naboo. I’d say Ni/Se pairs with Fe, because she was rather focused on quick results rather then reliable process (Si), and was participating in action whenever it was needed.
