i agree w/ @[cbhuanidyeasi] , hurley is ESFJ! hurley is always focused on the social atmosphere, he's constantly thinking about the collective whilst making decisions. like mentioned in other comments, he creates the golf course in order to make sure everyone is living comfortably as well as creating the list of everyone's profiles. he also seems to have trouble when it comes to refusing others - this could be due to his 9 core as well yes but i'd also say the displeasure that comes with it is because of dominant fe- even when he wins the lottery, his first thought is how he is going to use his money on his family, especially his grandpa and his mother. i went with ESFJ > ENFJ because in s2e4 you can see a lot of si. when hurley wins the lottery he is slow to approach the situation because it pulls him out of his comfort zone - and this is because of si. he also continues to work at the fast food place he has for so long because it's what he's used to, and doesn't change this until he is treated unfairly by his manager. unhealthy use of Si is described as the following: "may display the negative aspects of Si due to excessive desire for familiarity/comfort. They tend to be old-fashioned, narrow-minded, risk averse, live quiet lives of resignation, or stubbornly rationalize sticking with bad habits/situations."
