INFP? Can INFP voters elaborate their vote? :D Perhaps they typed him as INFP due to his type 9 enneagram, since it's not very common among Si doms. But still, cognitive functions and enneagram are two different things. I would say he is ISTJ. He is scared to try things that aren't in his usual routine. Routine brings him comfort and joy. Moreover, when Si-doms rely too heavily upon Si and suppress Ne, they develop an overly subjective and closed-minded view of the world. Ne inferior is possible too. When under stress, inferior Ne's suddenly want to try out some crazy ideas and are more impulsive. That would explain his change of behaviour after he died.
