hi everyone! I read the novel too and his dominant Ni is cloaked in every internal struggle he hides beneath that polite mask. People type Kang Jun as ENTJ just because of his 3w4 image-management, but that’s surface level. His core processing is Ni-dom: he internalizes his inferiority complex, projects scenarios, and hides behind a constructed persona rather than leading with external logic. An ENTJ 3w4 would double down on control and efficiency; Kang Jun withdraws into self-analysis and fears perception (Fe). His conflict with Yohan only makes sense if Kang Jun is INFJ 3w4 he bends inward, not outward he internalizes and contemplates it, crafting a rich and conflicted inner world typical of Ni-doms sensing meaning beneath the surface. Second, forever walking that tightrope between pretending to be okay and quietly terrified. I always remember the quote... that internal double take when he whispers, ‘I was just putting on a front. I’m scared of Yohan too’ and that belongs squarely in Ni territory, where insight comes in a breath, not in logic. and finally, Yohan is the active, direct, "Te-like" character. Kang Jun is the one who responds, internalizes, and suffers. If he were an ENTJ, the dynamic would be a clash of leaders; instead, the tension increases because Yohan is more dominant and Kang Jun is more withdrawn and introspective
