He's under a constant state of stress having to manage the members of F/ACE who all have personality quirks that are difficult to work with. He is aware of Utage's actions in support of Tamon which go outside her job for doing household chores or even what a normal idol fan would be allowed and approves of it, as Utage has had a positive effect on Tamon, making him come out of his shell, while by proxy making his own job easier. He is 32 years old.Wataru is a middle-aged man with short, dark hair and glasses. He usually wears a button-up shirt. When he is most overworked, his clothing and hair appear dishevelled, and the lenses of his glasses appear cracked.
