Shintarou Kazamatsuri is the English teacher at the high school that Masamune Okumura and his friends go to. He is a big and very muscular man, which makes him stand out in a crowd. Even though he looks tough, he talks in a very gentle and feminine way. Helping Masamune Okumura When Masamune Okumura was looking for a teacher to be the advisor for the manga club, Shintarou Kazamatsuri stepped in to help him. He introduced Okumura to Mayuri Hanyu, who was not an advisor for any club yet.
