Ding-dong... I know he's badass and manly and into mechanic stuff but nah. Sorry to disturb you, but although fitting the ISTP stereotype, he's not an ISTP. Garrus is a man who led by strong morals (Fi), rather than a subjective understanding of things or a certain philosophical point of view (Ti). He can shut his thinking functions down if they are going against his morals. As for his auxilliary function, I can say that he has literally no Ne at all. His Se is visible from his boldness to take action.
