ISTP votes are interesting. a stereotypical ISTP wouldn't be volunteer to lead 11 men while there are options. It's not the ISTP's job to seriously listen to arguments from beginning to end. Especially when there is chaos and disagreement persistently. also ESFJ traits with his sense of responsibility for maintaining order and ensuring everyone has a fair chance to speak.
