My favorite character after gintoki and sougo in the series. I admire Katsura's strength and willpower. He kept himself together during the tough times despite witnessing so much tragedies, traumas and was still able to move on from the past while keeping his principles intact. He is shown as dim witted and ridiculous for the comedy purposes but he seems much more healthy and sane than taksugi or gintoki. (It's even more visible when you see how disciplined and in-control of himself he is during the time he was a radical.) Unlike gin who seems to have given up and takasugi who has become an extremist that cannot move on from the past there is katsura who has adapted his ideals, accepted his past while still fighting for the cause and looking at the future. The perfect balance between both sides of extreme. His Fe is very visible in how charismatic he is with people (prison arc) and compared to takasugi (INTJ) he never shows hatred for society itself, he only hates the structure of the society. The Ni-Ti (the extreme parts of his personality) also shows how cruel he can actually be when he wants to achieve what he wants with terrorism, bombing, borderline racism and genocidal tendencies. Se- inf can be explained by how he can be completely out of touch from his environments or being oblivious to what's happening around him. good examples are when he doesn't know the topics being discussed in the joi meetings and the fight to get the consoles where he knows nothing about technology because he is concerned only with nationalism.
