According to Anders her intuition out of all of the final 5 is what linked together what they needed to complete the resurrection project. While "asleep" without her memories she binged on that tertiary SE but her true nature is Fe/Ni this apparent when she communicated with the cylon leader John Cavil - who is an INTJ. Fe/Ni vs Te/Fi contrast in their interactions is very contrasting. Her behaviour prior to regaining her memory is attributed to a Ni-Se loop. Which would explain the "ESFP" votes. It's not really accurate to base her personality of that before the cylon reveal. Also, keep in mind Cavil had "blocked" the final fives memories and placed ficiontional back stories into their heads when he placed them on earth. We see the "real" Ellen when she is resurrected. And she is not a Se-Dom or Fi user.
