no way she's not a Si dom, even if her Fe is strong too. the events from season 1 (her betraying Ned to Cersei) stick with her throughout her whole life, she often refers to it, she's always making sure it doesn't happen again. the conversation with Jon in season 7 when they reunited - she was talking about the past most of the time, apologizing for being ''awful'' even though Jon said she was just a child and he doesn't hold any grudge at all. she noticed the mistakes she made as a child and learned from them pretty fast, you can see huge growth. and her conversation with Arya (i don't remember the season), she was saying something like ''we need to be smarter than Robb, we need to be smarter than father'' - she's making decisions based on past events/mistakes, when she has to make a decision that's what she refers to - what worked or didn't work in the past. i see Fe too, when they were strategizing after the battle of Winterfell in season 8, in contrast to the rest that wanted to quickly continue with the war, she was the only one to bring up the fact soldiers are wounded and need to be recovering for some time. and even if her Fe is strong, it's nowhere as strong as Si so a pretty clear ISFJ to me
