I would say the two main reasons for a monotone voice are A) Apathy/lack of emotionality -> which relates to inferior/blind feeling functions of Thinking doms: ExTJ or IxTP B) Lack of confidence to express yourself (emotionally) due to insecurity which you could attribute to any type but it is stereotypically way more typical of ti doms than te doms, I would say
