I'm fairly convinced he has Si-Ne in his stack, but I think his Si is higher than Ne. His communication is very linear and concise, and when going through a game he avoids getting too caught in having to explain different variations in excessive detail (though it might be because his channel is mostly aimed at beginner-intermediate players), preferring to stick with the main moves for the most part and explaining the reasoning behind them. He has been using this approach for years now without much variation. Also, I really can't seem to see how Fi is his dominant function?
