His balanced use of Ti and Fe is amazing. I first typed him ESTP, but I changed my mind because Joseon records portray him as an introvert. Joseon records portray him closer to a Ni dom, but there are several reasons I believe he was Si over Ni. He didn't create new institutions, nor did he actively purge the aristocrat families (문벌, the Munbeols) that ruled Goryeo. The Munbeol families of Goryeo pretty much fully retained their wealth and influence in the new kingdom of Joseon under Taejo's rule. Furthermore, Taejo stressed Confucian ideals of social harmony. He pursued continuity over change, and restored traditional Sadae relations with Ming China.

Taejo of Joseon (11 October 1335 – 24 May 1408), born Yi Seong-gye (이성계; 李成桂), was a military general of the late Goryeo period and the founding monarch of the Joseon dynasty.
