Within the context of the INTJ personality type and misophonia (typing as an INTJ with misophonia myself), it think that the disorder finds its most compelling correlation with the individual's extroverted Sensing function (Se). Given the inherent extroversion of the cognitive cognitive, its prominence within the INTJ's conscious manifests palpably, being sensitively visible. This encompasses sensory distaste and the consequential state of irritability towards auditory (sound - misophonia) and olfactory (smell) stimuli.
