I have to say this is one of the most complex characters to ever exist in the world of fiction. She managed to not only use her Tertiary Te for knowledge-seeking, but also managed to have such a strong Ni that really eased her ways on the plans she partakes in the movie. Although controversial, it can be said that her Se-reliant plans did serve a purpose, and I am not speaking just about the fact that she spared Steven, but that she also competed for his love. Of course, she failed and lost her young looks, but it serves as a metaphor that was way ahead of it's time when the movie was released: "To be old and wise you first have to be young and silly".
Biografie
Scarlett Witch is the sidekick/antagonist of the superhero movie Dr. Strange (1978) She appears as an apprentice of the old guy and slowly reveals to the main hero the powers of Dormammu. She wears a rose robe and is capable of using very vague mysterious magic powers.
