In Rashta’s flashbacks it’s heavily implied that Lebetti abused her and called her a slave, insulting her and scorning her. As a result, Rashta grew to have a low self-esteem and eventually developed a hatred for aristocrats, blaming them for her misfortunes. Lebetti especially. Lebetti might seem like a cheerful Navier worshipper, but in truth, she is also to be held responsible for treating Rashta like trash and causing Rashta to become evil and self-centered.

Miss Lebetti Rimwell is the daughter of Viscount Lotteshu and the sister of Alan. She is Navier's number one fan and has several painted portraits of Navier in her room.
