I'm not really sure where people are getting social 3 from when they quite literally seek to be admired for being a "better version of themselves" than they actually are which Damon has outright stated he looks down upon and shows no signs of trying to present an image of himself that he isn't. I believe he fits social 1 much better with their definition of superiority and having the most competent outlook and philosophy of the group. Damon isn't trying to show others that he is better, he knows he is better and doesn't feel the need to prove it to people who think otherwise. That's why he's so critical of Eden's Garden and their means of handing out talents to people who can't even make good use to them for society and how it functions. He knows he is more "correct" than everyone else and takes pride as a debater to prove as such with his strong logic and surpressed anger, hence why I believe he's so1>so3. I'm open to hear anything on the contrary if anyone thinks otherwise though.
