I definitely agree with ISFP, though I think 3w4 makes more sense than 4w3. I don’t see how being individualistic is at the forefront of his personality, whereas I definitely see various instances of him manifesting the Enneagram Three’s Basic Fear (Of being worthless) and Basic Desire (To feel valuable and worthwhile). He is very concerned with success, contributing a lasting impact through Jesus’ mission, and using his business skills to ensure that they manage their resources as efficiently as possible. Not to mention Enneagram Institute’s title for the 3w4 is “The Professional.” 👀 Um, hello… is that not spot on?
