I’m not quite sure Hiromi is an Se-dom… I just don’t see a lot of moments when she uses it other than the fact that she enjoys dancing & was part of the dance group. Even then, I doubt that really counts as evidence for being an Se user. I rewatched a couple of scenes & I find that she exhibits more Te-dom characteristics. Preceding the conflict with her group, she naturally took on a leadership role due to her want to pass the mission. I do see a bit of Ti with her want for accuracy in performing the steps & routine but that’s about the last time we see it. Even during that scene, she was more concerned with the time being wasted. She made an assumption based on what Nagisa said & got angry that Nagisa didn’t just say what she meant (in that, she wanted her to get to the point). I also think that her thoughts on dealing with what happens in around ep.9 (I think!!), shows some Te-Fi. Hiromi wanted to be fair. Although she acknowledged Nagisa’s thoughts on the matter, Hiroma wanted to do it fair & square so not to feel guilty!! As for why Ni, I think her Te-Ni showed a lot when she was inflexible in switching the choreography. As opposed to Nagisa who was open to different ways of learning the choreo, Hiromi preferred if they stuck to what made the most sense. They chose that routine, so they should stick with it (Ni-Se??). Also, I’m unsure about her enneagram, but I’m typing her as 3w2 for now!
