She reminds me a lot of Lady Eboshi: both are sort of presented as villains, but each has a strong vision for what the would could look like (aux Ni) and each is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the goals she has for the community she protects (Te with 8w9 "ends justify the means" principle.)
