Mekama Kirou (目蒲 鬼郎, Mekama Kirō; "Kirou Mekama") was the #10 Referee of Kakerou. Mekama was a gifted child since he was an infant and found everything else to be boring and contrite. He never bothered to have a dream as everything came to him easily. However, upon meeting Sadakuni Ikki he became allured and found his own way of thinking, and his existence, insignificant.
