Biografie
Kiruma Tatsuki (切間 撻器, Kiruma Tatsuki; "Tatsuki Kiruma") was the previous Royal Leader of Kakerou and the former Referee #0, as well as Kiruma Souichi's father. Kiruma, much like many staff of Kakerou, had eccentricities underneath his harsh existence as a Referee. He noted that he liked guys who could fight and who were strong, but only as long as they weren't stronger than himself. Nowa Mitoshi commented that after Kiruma became a Referee, he kept overflowing with more and more vigor every day. Kiruma showed little, if any, fear of death and was excited by the prospect of finding out what would happen to him once he was cremated; he also commented that he didn't like being cramped (even in death).
